In-4. Enclosed in the book, 2 letters dated July 4 and 11, 1955 concerning the distribution of indemnities awarded to the colonists of Saint-Domingue and possible correspondence with the compensation of French owners of property located behind the Iron Curtain. A letterhead Banque de l'Indochine, Direction Générale, and a letter of 2 ff. typewritten for the attention of Mr. Maxime Robert (repartition of the indemnity in favor of the former colonists of Saint-Domingue).
19th century green basane, red parts on spine, bumping with rubbing and tearing of leather, head cap torn off. Solid binding.
