An uncut copy with full margins. Maroquin burgundy with olive lining signed MARIUS MICHEL, title and author gilt on spine, jaws cracked with rubbing, filleted edges, large frame with mosaic chain and gilt floral motifs, gold moiré satin endpapers, marbled paper double endpapers, publisher's cover preserved, gilt edges, protective sheathed case.
