Lot-et-Garonne - Agen - Signed bindings [GUYENNE - LANGUEDOC - AGENNAIS] Reunion of works : - PAILLARD de SAINT-AIGLAN (Alphonse) : History of the Hotel of the Prefecture of Agen. Agen, Noubel, 1860. In-8, green glazed calf signed MASSON-DEBONNELLE, title and gilt fillets on spine, triple gilt fillet on boards, double gilt fillet on edges, inner gilt garland, gilt edges. A good copy. The author was prefect of Lot-et-Garonne. - THOLIN (Georges Eustache): Études sur l'Architecture Religieuse de l'Agenais, du Xe au XVIe siècle, suivies d'une Notice sur les sépultures du Moyen-âge. Large in-8; illustrated with 33 plates out of text (numbered I to XXXII and 7 bis). 1/2 green morocco with fillets signed BELZ-NIÉDRÉE, spine ribbed and decorated, gilt head. Nice copy. Remarkable study; work awarded a medal in the competition of the National Antiquities of France in 1875, of which several fragments had already appeared as notices in various collections (Andrieu II, 341). - LAGARDE (Jean-Alphonse) : Chronicle of the Reformed Churches of the Agenais. Toulouse, Société des Livres Religieux, 1870. In-12, 1/2 blue morocco with corners signed ALIX, gilt title on smooth spine, publisher's cover preserved, gilt head. Nice copy.
