Received lawyer in Pau on May 9, 1778, secretary of the Society of the Friends of the Constitution in Dax, in 1791, and eligible active citizen; he was public prosecutor at the criminal court of the Landes under the Convention. Commissioner of the Executive Board at the Civil Court of the Department of Landes séant in Dax, Imperial Attorney General at the Criminal Court in 1804, Knight of the Legion of Honor, president of the court ceasing his duties during the Hundred Days, provisional sub-prefect of Dax, August 31, 1830, Dean of the City Council of Dax, venerable of the Masonic Lodge "Sobriety" in the East of Dax.
