AFTER Aimé-Jules DALOU (1838-1902) Man leaning with both hands on a shovel Sculpture. Proof in bronze with a shaded black patina. Sand casting after a lost wax. Signed DALOU, bears the circular stamp as well as the inscription inscribed in a handwritten way of SUSSE Frères Éditeurs Paris and the mention Cire perdue, on the terrace, bears a number 5 on the reverse.
