Geneva, Fabri and Barrillot, 1716. 2 volumes in-4; frontispiece portrait of the author after Rigaud and a portrait of Philippe d'Orléans after Santerre by Chereau, engraved hors-texte figures and culs-de-lampe. Contemporary brown calf, spine ribbed and decorated, rubbed, red title-pieces, small lack of a head-cap, gilt roulette on cut, rubbing on boards, spotted edges.
