Contemporary marbled fawn calf, spine ribbed and decorated, red title and endpapers, tear on head of volume I, double fillet on the edges, red edges. A fine copy. The plates include sections, details and plans of construction details, plans and elevations of urban buildings. With the exception of the Matignon and Noirmontier hotels, designed and built by Jean Courtonne and to which many plates are dedicated, all the buildings represented are unfinished projects.
