Autographs [VARIA AUTOGRAPHS] Meeting of autographs : Lot-et-Garonne - BOUSSION (Pierre): Set of 5 handwritten letters signed, dated Lauzun (1807 and 1808), Paris (1791 and 1792), Liège (1817). Pierre Boussion, born in Lauzun on January 5, 1753 (Lot-et-Garonne). Doctor, politician, deputy of the National Convention, one of the first to vote the death of Louis XVI. - COTTRET (Pierre-Marie, bishop of Carryste): Autograph receipt signed as editor of the Gazette de France, dated 1810. Bill of 4 lines ace signature, pasted on blank sheet large in-8. Pierre Marie Cottret (1768, Argenteuil - 1841, Beauvais), bishop of Beauvais, then of Carryste (Greece). Pronounced a speech for the anniversary of the Feast of the Coronation of the Emperor and the Battle of Austerlitz (basilica of Paris, December 2, 1810). Paul and Virginia - Bernardin de Saint-Pierre - RIOUFFE (Jean): Autograph letter signed addressed to Bernardin de Saint-Pierre. Superb literary text around Paul et Virginie (letter dated of the Year III of the Republic). 3 pages in-8, writing in black ink. Honoré Jean Riouffe, French politician, born from a family originating from Languedoc, appointed member of the Tribunate in 1799, he then became its president. He was then prefect of the Côte-d'Or, then became prefect of the Meurthe. He was made a baron of the Empire in 1810; he contracted typhus which took him away in 1813 while visiting the hospitals of Nancy where the sick had been piling up since the Russian Campaign. - STUER de CAUSSADE: Autograph letter signed to Monsieur de Jarnac military text in which Blaise de Montluc is mentioned. Dated February 13, 1566. One page A4, document skilfully restored in borders.
