Claude DUPRÉ (Active in the second half of the 18th century) Portrait of a man in a blue jacket Miniature on ivory (?) signed on the right and dated 1786. 4 x 3,2 cm. In its original brown leather case enhanced with gold. 10 x 8,3 cm (a hinge to repair). Painter in miniature and pastel, Claude Dupré exhibited miniatures and drawings at the Toulouse Salon between 1758 and 1784. He is reported in 1772 as a member of the Academy of Saint-Luc in Paris.
