Represented more than forty times by Louis Floutier, this typical Labourdine farmhouse with its 18th-century mullioned window is Sa madeleine de Proust in its classicism.
Still in operation today, it is located near the Château d'Urtubie, on the road to Spain. The same family has been running the farm since the 1940s as a market garden and dairy. Often depicted on postcards, the version below dates from 1940.
