Owner William Gulston, gentleman, deceased in February 1684, in favor of knight John Buaknall and then knights James Montague William Longueville. Signatures of the parties involved, red wax stamps, beautiful lettering. Document size 66.5x51 cm. A similar document in parchment (late 17th, early 18th century), 9 small wax seals at foot, each with its own signature.
