Autograph address from the author to the comtesse de rambuteau. ½ contemporary red calf, long gilt title on smooth spine. Title page of the second issue preserved at the beginning of the book. A good copy. A rare lithographic album of Bourbon Island (La Réunion), published in three issues of twelve plates (36 lithographs in all). Set of 24 plates from the first 2 issues. Complete albums of all 36 plates are extremely rare.
