Atlas [LA HARPE (Jean-François de.)] Atlas "Les Cartes générales de l'Abrégé des Voyages" from the work [Abrégé de l'histoire générale des voyages contenant ce qu'il y a de plus remarquable, de plus utile et de mieux avéré dans les pays où les voyageurs ont pénétré de l'ouvrage]. In-4, 73 maps, mostly folding or double-page spreads. Contemporary marbled calf, ornate smooth spine, brown title-pieces, headpieces missing, jaws cracked at the entrances, triple gilt fillet framing the boards with fleurons in spandrels, roulette on the edges, very rubbed, corners dull, inner gilt roulette. Atlas containing 73 maps, probably composing the general history of La Harpe's travels, although the atlas was announced as 75 maps.
