In-4 sheets: one paperback issue, 100 phototype reproductions (cliché J.-Y. Claeys) and one fold-out color map. Limited edition of 500 copies, one of 180 numbered deluxe copies.
Hardback folder with flaps covered in embroidered silk cut from a Cambodian sampot for the deluxe edition (very worn, several snags and tears), closed with bone tabs.

In-4; frontispiece portrait, illustrations in and out of text.
½ brown basane, gilt title on spine rubbed and slightly unstained.
