In-4; illustrated with a frontispiece and a few figures in the text. Occasional foxing.
Contemporary blue-night calf, ornate spine ribbed, burgundy title and author-pieces, gilt pallets, cold-stamped design between boxes, wide cold-stamped garland around boards, with gilt fillet framing, gilt roulette on edges, slight rubbing, blue marbled edges. A good copy.
This work provides a description of tropical plants and animals.
