½-cornered pink cloth à la Bradel, tan title-pieces and small central gilt iron on smooth spines.
Well complete with the ten volumes that usually make up this excellent and extremely rare journal (rather, a work published in issues), in which all the good historians of the Hautes-Pyrénées of the time took part. Mainly historical articles, sometimes important, but also picturesque, bibliographical, etc., some of which were published separately. Includes interesting bibliographical notes by Abbé Joseph DULAC. First published bimonthly (1881), then monthly up to and including the March 1890 issue. Each volume has its own Table Méthodique and Table Analytique, but these are often missing (the one for volume IX is missing here). Only volume X of 1890, unfinished, does not have one; the last issue of volume X, paginated 145-173, published without Abbé DULAC's knowledge, was destroyed at the latter's request. (Pyrénées n°206 p. 207).
