Written by LE BONDIDIER based on archival documents and newspaper commentaries of the period. Note the charming little vignettes on the masthead. The first 300 copies are reserved for the author, with the publisher's mention "Château-fort de Lourdes", the cover entitled: "Vacances Impériales"; the last 300 are located in Bagnères de Bigorre under the name of the "Société Ramond" with a cover identical to the title and inscribed in the "Cahiers Pyrénéistes" collection (Labarère 898).
