Very rare anonymous pamphlet, written by RAMOND at Napoleon's request to justify him. The title on the first page of the text is: "Lettre du Solitaire des Pyrénées à M. D..". The initial of the addressee is that of DACIER, RAMOND's father-in-law". First edition republished shortly afterwards in 30 pp. revised and corrected (Labarère 1234)(Girdlestone 317-321)(Barbier III 399).
