This charming edition reproduces the text that appeared in Journal des Mines no. 83 of 1803, of which very few copies of the offprint are known. Given its small print run, this one is also extremely difficult to find. DUBIÉ, a journalist, ran the weekly magazine Pau-Pyrénées in the 1920s-30s (Labarère 1250).
