RAYSSÉ (1857-1934), an artillery officer, never signed his name because of his obligation to keep to himself. In addition to this work, which brings together articles published in the regional and local press, he contributed to the "Bulletin Pyrénéen" and "Pyrénées Océan", of which he was editor-in-chief from 1908 to 1910. A skilled photographer, he filled countless albums with his shots, and it even seems that he made the prints for his friends LEDORMEUR and LATASTE.
