Very rare offprint from the June 1792 Journal des Annales de Chimie. REBOUL was born and died in Pézenas. Naturalist and geologist. In collaboration with VIDAL, his fellow astronomer, he published Nivellement des Principaux sommets de la Chaîne des Pyrénées in 1817 and Mémoire sur la Géologie des Montagnes Maudites in 1822.
