Modern red morocco à la Bradel, gilt title throughout on spine, gilt title on upper board, gilt fillet framing boards, publisher's pink cover preserved, gilt head. A fine copy. First edition. At the top of the first page of text is the statement: "Reproduction prohibited except in the Annuaire du Club Alpin Français". Appeared next in the Annuaire du C.A.F., 1891, published in 1892 under the title: "Effets de nuages sur le Vignemale (3,298 mètres). - Taillon (3,146 meters). - Pic d'Estom-Soubiran (2,900+ meters). - Tuquerouye (2,675 metres) etc., etc. - L'automne à Pau : Climats et Caractères" (Autumn in Pau: Climate and Character), then as an offprint from the Annuaire. These booklets were published in original editions, then inserted as articles in various Pyrenean magazines, then some as offprints from these magazines, the titles being different from the originals. These booklets were presented at the Russell et le Vignemale exhibition no. 98, and the 1891 booklet at the Mont-Perdu exhibition 1895 (Labarère 1367) (J.
