½ long-grained burgundy morocco with corners signed DAVID, ornate ribbed spines, publisher's covers preserved, gilt edges.
Complete with its 2 volumes. The first 26 pages are devoted to the trip to Bordeaux and the Pyrenees in 1824.
Provenances: From the libraries of Château de La Valouze (baron de Saint-Saud) and Jacques Laget, with their bookplates.
