ASTARLOA (1752-1806), born in Durango, died in Madrid. Priest, linguist, specialist in the Basque language (Vinson 156a)(Bilbao I, 368). Provenance: Ex-libris stamp (not very discreet) "Biblioteca del Ilustrísimo Sr. Don Adrian de Loyarte", born and died in San Sebastian (1882-1962) and ex-libris printed by Dominique Goytino.
