[GILLES (Nicole)] Les annales et croniques de France, depuys la destruction de Troye, jusques Roy Loys unzième Paris, Ruelle, 1567. In folio: 8f., CCCXXXVI (seems to be missing some leaves in fine); decorated with letters and medallions on wood representing the Kings of France. 18th century brown grained basane, spine ribbed and decorated, rubbed and apparently not original or repositioned, 2 boxes at foot changed, headband at foot torn off, headband stretched, epidermis, lacks on edges and corners, red edges. Used condition. Edition of Nicole Gilles' chronicles of France, continued by A4060 Sauvage, historiographer to Henri II, up to the reign of Charles IX.
