Midnight-blue morocco signed PAGNANT, ornate ribbed spine, boards with central Béarn coat of arms, double series of gilt fillets, lace and chain framing with fleur-de-lys spandrels, filleted edges, wide inner lace, gilt edges. In a protective slipcase. A very fine copy. Follows the Fors, Stils et Ordonnances published in 1715 and 1716. According to Lacaze, this "Compilation" was not published until 1718 (Soulice 125) (Lacaze 136-137).
