Conceived as a sequel to Henri Beraldi's Cent Ans aux Pyrénées and Essai de Bibliographie Pyrénéiste, this study by Jacques Labarère presents Henry Russell's personality in a new light, in correlation with his printed work. The fruit of ten years of patient research, numerous unpublished documents from private sources enrich the biography with major elements and provide the bibliography with valuable information.
