In-8: VIII, 406pp. ½ period fawn calf, spine ribbed, gilt fillets, black title page. A good copy. There are some pagination curiosities at the end of the volume, depending on the copy. An excellent and important work of interest to naturalists and hunters alike. The happy blend of scientific observations and hunting narrative makes for pleasant reading. A very rare work.
