Small in-8: XX, 356pp, 1f; numerous tables in text. Limited edition of 221 copies on Rivoli (copy on white vellum 120 grs). Publisher's red filled cover. Excellent condition, uncut and with full margins. The first edition was published in 1871 under the title "Pau and the Pyrénées". High-quality French-language reprint in small print run by Les Amis du Livre Pyrénéen. A fine testimony to the beauty of the Pyrenean mountains (Labarère 1365).
