Lots 313 to 410 will be sold for the benefit of the Fond de dotation Notre-Dame de l'Assomption (Bordeaux) for the renovation of the stained-glass windows of the chapel and cloister (no buyer's fees except Live fees).
Judicial lots : lots 864 to 879 (sold by designation. Pick-up in Listrac-Médoc (33480) by appointment with the firm)

In addition to the auction price, buyers must pay the following fees and taxes per lot:

For lots preceded by "*", and sold in aid of the Fond de dotation Notre-Dame de l'Assomption (Bordeaux), sales fees will be waived. Live charges only will be applied where applicable (Lots 313 to 410).
