In-4; 24 colored prints by BOUCHER, including 22 full-page hors texte. Mounted on tabs. Limited edition of 175 copies on de luxe paper (n°167), only the first 25 copies with an original watercolor.
Bradel-style boards, title in red and black with color vignette. Good condition.
Illustrator, engraver and poster artist Lucien Boucher began his career as a caricaturist for various newspapers (Le Rire, Fantasio).
The author was a prisoner in a camp near the Russian border during the First World War.
